Who is Apex Lumber

Apex Lumber has been a family owned sawmill for over 20 years. Apex Lumber specializes in sustainable cedar products. In the early 90s log prices became too high for Apex to continue operations and it was shut down. We decided to fire the mill back up in 2014 and have been running since. We started out doing mostly wholesale lumber for manufactures but have since found that our passion is serving our retail family with superior quality cedar products. Our customers range from LA, Reno nevada, and into the heart of Oregon. Our customers come from far and wide to get our custom milled forest products cut directly to your specifications.

Apex lost its main office and planer building in a fire in 2018 but has rebuilt and was able to move in in January of 2020. We are rebuilding our operations and look forward to serving our clients with our new and upgraded operation. Apex can supply Doug Fir and Pine upon request but does not always have the raw logs on hand and it may take us some time to get the logs before we can manufacture your product.
